Lakota lay in his den, staring outside at the stars. He didn't want to be alone, yet he had no mate, no one to comfort him in times of distress. No pups to comfort when they're scared. No one to.... love.
**Any Water Pack she-wolf interested in Lakota may join. Anyone can join, really. Just be warned, interested she-wolves: Lakota tries to impress by being bossy, winning fights, and he fights over the littlest things. Plus, VanillaHoneyy, you didn't send me Accalia's or Lakota's history.**

The she-wolf that came along here probably wasn't the one that would become Lakota's mate. It was a pure white she-wolf with amber eyes and slightly damp fur from her earlier swim with Blizzard the beta male. It was Layla the alpha female on her way back to her den. She walked past Lakota first but then came to a stop wondering why the male was looking so sad. "Lost a fight did we?" she joked with a slight chuckle after she had turned around to face the male wolf.

Lakota looked up, surprised to see his alpha female out so late, her fur so damp. He bowed his head in respect. "No.." Lakota sighed. Once again he looked up at the stars. Everywhere he looked, he saw constellations of the females in his pack. Shaking his head, he looked back at Layla.

//OCC-No fancy posts right now \\ Blizzard was quote a few steps behind Layla also returning from their earlier swim. His coat was damp like hers and he also definaltely wasn't the future mate that Lakota was looking for, more of a wolf that he'd like the beat in a fight, he was the beta male himself after all. He stopped a few feet from his alpha and the fighter not saying anything. Both his ears were tilted slightly towards them though, maybe one of them would speak to him? Otherwise he could go to his den and sleep, ithad been a tiring day after all even if not much work had been done

Layla watched the two males with a bit of surprise showing on her face.Lakota's greeting to Blizzard seemed friendly and almost respectful, true Blizzard was the beta male but usually Lakota's attitude to higher ranking wolves had never been like this. He must be upset because of something or other she figured. She gave a slight nod to Blizzard but not a greeting since she had just been with him anyway.

Lakota lay his head down on his paws once again and retreated farther into his den. He just wanted to be alone rigt now, even though he longed for someone to love. Lakota sighed and closed his eyes.

Layla gazed downwards at Lakota, he looked so upset and... Lonely for some reason far off from his usual show off manner. She gave a look towards Blizzard as if to say 'C'mon lets go, he wants to be left alone'. She took a step forward, she wanted to cheer up Lakota but it seemed like there was nothin she could do, sometimes some time alone could be good for a wolf too. "Good night Lakota" she called softly before turning around fully and starting to walk further into camp towards where her den was. Being the alpha she slept in the alpha den , the largest den in the center of camp.

Blizzard|Water Pack|Beta|Single Blizzard seeing Lakotas strange attitude and Layla's look nodding his head towards where the other male wolf was. "Hello and Goodnight Lakota" the beta said before trotting off after Layla. He was headed in the same direction because being the beta his den was right next door to the alpha den and also the second largest there was here.

[Awww hmmm]
Layla glanced back towards Blizzard when she heard him following her. "Good night to you too Blizzard" she said giving the beta a soft smile. She really had fun with him today, it had been a great day! She was near the entrance of her den now. She turned around to give to nod to both Blizzard and Lakota behind him before turning again to disappear into her den. She walked towards the right corner at the back. Here was the most comfortable place to sleep. She lay down here and closed her eyes. It had been a tiring day. She wasn't asleep yet but on a good way to being it...
